How much does a clean cost?
It depends on the size and condition of the property and the service you need, so we quote each job individually. Send the details and a few photos through the quote form or to info@mopford.co.uk and we will email you a written price.
Which areas do you cover?
Mopford cleans homes, rental properties and businesses across London and surrounding areas. Include your postcode in your request and we will confirm.
Will the price change on the day?
The quotation sets out what is included. If the job turns out to be different from the description or photos, we will discuss it with you before doing any extra work.
Do I need to be at the property?
Not always. Many customers arrange access with keys, a lockbox or a concierge. We agree access when you book.
Are you insured and DBS checked?
Yes. Mopford is fully insured and our cleaners are DBS checked.
What is the 48-hour re-clean guarantee?
If anything included in your clean is not up to standard, let us know within 48 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected areas free of charge.
Do you bring products and equipment?
Yes. We arrive with the products and equipment the job needs, including hot water extraction equipment for carpet and upholstery cleaning.
Can you clean for letting agents and landlords?
Yes. We clean between tenancies and work with the check-in inventory so the property is ready for inspection and the next tenant.
