- Basic technical information your browser sends when you visit the site, such as IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider may log for security.
How we use it
- To prepare and send your quotation and to arrange and carry out the cleaning you book.
- To reply to your questions.
- To keep records required for accounting and legal purposes.
Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing that contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our website and email hosting providers, and where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Booking and invoice records are kept for as long as required by UK tax law.
